As a member of the Building Team, it is our responsibility to look after the needs of North Highland Baptist Church. On this team, we desire to ease the burden of maintaining and caring for the church and its properties. We seek to pray for growth and development and stewardship of caring for God's house.

As a member of the Building Team, it is our responsibility to look after the needs of North Highland Baptist Church. On this team, we desire to ease the burden of maintaining and caring for the church and its properties. We seek to pray for growth and development and stewardship of caring for God's house.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Care for and maintain all properties of North Highland Baptist Church through things such as workdays or contracting the labor out
- Deal with the structure, land, and legalities of all North Highland properties, which includes lawyers, surveys, banking needs for improvement, etc…
- Our Board of Trustees are required to be a part of this committee since they are the only ones allowed to sign legal documents on behalf of the church
- This team will have a director nominated each year in a church business meeting
- The director's responsibilities are to seek after the needs and plan for their completion
- Members are to be ready to serve in all areas needed
- Be present on workdays as an example
- Assist in working with lawyers, surveying companies, and banking (Trustees)
- Assist the Fellowship Team or any other team in setting up and tearing down chairs, tables, etc... for any meetings or special occasions
