PrayerLife is the foundation of all things done at North Highland Baptist Church. Without this team, all our efforts in other ministries would be in vain. Being a part of this team is the most valuable asset of our church. Through this team, we desire to uphold every decision, every service, and every member in prayer. Constantly and consistently seeking God in prayer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a steady prayer life unto God (personally and publicly)
• Ready at all times to pray for the needs that arise in our church and its members
• Participate in and lead on the NH app prayer messaging (called or texted at any time for specific prayers)
• Attend services of our church early to seek God and saturate the services in prayer
• Come to the church throughout the week and pray in classrooms, sanctuary, fellowship hall, and around the whole campus 
• Encourage others by writing prayers unto the Lord for them and sending them out through mail, email, or text message
• Plan and encourage times for corporate prayer together with the team members or church members
• Visit members in the hospital, nursing homes/homebound just for the need of prayer
