God’s Part, Our Response
Philippians 2:13
For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
Thought:
God’s grace is the spark that starts and keeps our faith journey going. He brings salvation, but as believers, we need to be ready to jump in and respond to what He’s doing inside us. When we accept His way of making us holy, we’re joining in on His plan for our lives. It takes being open and willing to follow. Trust in God’s control over our salvation, knowing it’s all thanks to His grace, but also stay active in giving Him our daily choices and actions, letting His truth purify and sanctify you.
Prayer:
Lord, I acknowledge that my strength comes from You. Teach me to actively respond to Your sanctifying work in my life. May Your Spirit guide my steps, and may I walk in obedience to Your will. In Christ's name, Amen.
